Note: At 11 a.m. Sunday, there will be no service in the sanctuary.

“Greensleeves” is a musical composition with its roots in Tudor England.
The original composition of this song was 18 verses long and appeared in a
Medieval book, *A Handful of Pleasant Delights,* in 1584, in the form of *A
New Courtly Sonnet of the Lady Green Sleeves. *The lyrics of the carol
"What Child Is This" were written by the British writer & composer William
C. Dix in 1865.  He set the words to the tune of "Greensleeves" in 1871.
