[Fuusm-l] Plant Sale Help Needed and Donations Welcome

Good morning, FUUSM friends,

Just in case you forgot, our 2022 plant sale will take place next Saturday, May 21, from 10-2. We have a number of lovely things coming in, and more donations are always welcome. The committee will be pricing plants on Friday morning, so donations should arrive in the church courtyard before 9:00 on the 20th. We do ask, though, that you label your plants if you know what they are, as our committee may not recognize young plants as the magnificent specimens they will become. (We REALLY miss Nancy Novak, who probably knew nearly every plant grown in any garden on the planet.) And if you can let us know what you are donating, we can include that information in teaser ads on our Facebook page.

We are also need of a couple of strong people to help with carrying and setting up tables on Friday morning and with taking them down at 2:00 on Saturday afternoon. Alas, some members of the garden tour committee have been afflicted by the nemesis arthritis, and one of us has a broken wrist. The help of our FUUSM village is greatly appreciated.
