Ralph informed me that my previous email of Confluence had such a large
attached file that people with Suddenlink accounts didn't get it.  So I am
resending the links to the July Confluence so everybody gets it.  The best
way to read it is to click on the Google Docs version which doesn't
download onto your computer and opens easily.  But there may be some people
who have difficulty with Google Docs so I've also been making a pdf version
available.  This is the format we traditionally used, but it has become
very large  because it contains so many pictures.  This time I figured out
how to post the pdf as a file with a link instead of as an attachment so
this email should go through to everyone.  I still recommend the Google
Docs version.

This is large. In fact, anyone with suddenlink (15 I know of) will not have
gotten it—just a message from suddenlink that it refused an email from you
because it’s too large. Suggest you send another without the attachment
with just the link to the Google Docs.
