[Fuusm-l] CDC Measures and FUUSM Guidelines for wearing Maska

At the last board meeting we voted that masks would be optional when "the
community case rate 10 day average exceeds 5% in
Washington and Wood counties," However, when we went to apply this rule,
we found that the CDC doesn't report data that way any more. It uses a set
of three metrics to classify COVID risks as "Low, Medium or High." We have
to use the data the Center for Disease Control reports. Therefore, I plan
to support the following motion in the Annual Meeting tomorrow:

*"Masks will be optional when the COVID-19 Community Level in Washington
and Wood Counties as reported by the CDC is "Low". Masks will be required
when the COVID-19 Community Level in either county as reported by the CDC
is "Medium" or "High". *

Currently the level in both Washington and Wood counties is "Low"

If you are interested to know how this is computed by the CDC, you can find
the information on the following web site:
I How the CDC Measures COVID-19 Community Levels.

I will also paste it below. However, we don't have to make these
computations, the results are posted by the CDC every week. If the CDC
changes their metrics, which they sometimes do because of data
availability, etc., we will go with their metrics.
