As you know, this is a critical time in Ohio for redistricting. Currently the legislative districts are drawn in a way that do not favor equitable access for Ohio voters. The commission charged with redrawing the districts is required to solicit public feedback but currently has hearings only during business hours and has no provision for virtual hearings. If you support greater opportunities for Ohio citizens to offer their testimony regarding redistricting, the link below will enable you to do so.

Ohio Redistricting Commission<https://go.peoplepower.org/letter/ohio-redistricting-commission>
Right now, the Ohio Redistricting Commission is drawing new community maps that will determine our political power and the allocation of resources to our schools and hospitals for years to come. The Commission is required to hear from the public, but the hearings do not have remote options and only take place during workday hours. Use this form to send a letter to the Commission urging virtual options and evening hearings moving forward so that they can hear from all Ohio voters during the next round of public engagement. We deserve fair maps and to have a say in the process.
