First of all, thanks to everyone for their input on this fundraising effort.  Some good suggestions have been made, and I appreciate them. 
I was unaware of any future plans for a service auction until I sent the email about selling Margaret’s things. I’ve since learned there may be one in the spring, and It has been suggested that bidding might be more intense at that time.  
George Banziger has advised that the finance committee will meet this coming Monday evening.  They will decide a course of action and he will let me know on Tuesday.  
I will let everyone know as soon as that happens. 
Again, thanks for your suggestions.  I apologize for the confusion.
