I just finished listening to a webinar on liability if someone claims to
get the virus from visiting your business.  The lawyer admits it is
probably difficult to prove that someone caught it from visiting us, but
it's vital to be able to demonstrate every precaution was taken.  The
main points were:

What if we're negligent?  It all comes down to being able to demonstrate
that we've taken every precaution with the following:

  * Signage about what is expected of visitors
  * Exits in one place and entrance in another with clear signage so
people aren't passing each other as they enter or depart
  * Keeping a log that demonstrates what was cleaned and when
  * Policies that follow state and local guidelines for dealing with
    visitors
  * Creating/demonstrating ways for people to easily practice social
    distancing and sticking to it.
