Sun. May 17, 2020     (12:15pm)  Secret Farewell Parade
Cars should gather in the Third Street parking area near the river condos by 12:25 p.m.   The parade will start at 12:30 p.m., driving on OHIO Street from Third Street to Fourth Street.  Participants are invited to beep horns, play loud music, display posters, fly balloons, etc.  The event will be held no matter what the weather is.
