Thank you Ralph Olander for making us all look as good as possible with 
what we all had to work with, and many thanks to Suzyn Mills for being 
one of the best producers I have ever worked with on a project.  It was 
no easy task to pull all of this together and make it look relatively 
simple.  Thanks to John Kidd and Michael Chisholm for their inspiring 
stories.  I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful congregation and 
to be allowed to have opportunity to share my ideas.  I am hoping to 
hear the "thriving" stories of more of our congregation.  Annie Warmke
