[Fuusm-l] helping others

Shari;  What a great idea!  How about putting together some small 
packages with real food like a box of pasta with sauce and some fruit?  
Instructions on how to prepare it might be good too since it's amazing 
how many people may need that...perhaps suggesting adding salt, oregano 
(could have a tiny package of a tablespoon of oregano).  I'm sure we 
could come up with package ideas that would be simple and easy to make.
