Joe,
I called Roger K, and he explained that you and he are part of a Board-appointed task force to look at issues of reopening. I also learned this morning that the Board authorized AA to begin using our facilities this week--but no announcement about this decision was made to the congregation. Since then, as I understand it, Cory has rescinded the approval of AA meeting in our facility. It looks like we'll lose them as renters of our facility.
Roger asked if I could set up a Zoom meeting of this task force. The names he gave me are: himself, you, Katy McDaniel, Chris Hoke, Cory Sampson, Darryl Ting, Jm Grecni, Nina Redd, Al Tuttle. It's going to be difficult to arrange a meeting at time convenient for this many people.
