I am getting a list of approved cleaners from the housekeeping dept so we know what to have on hand as well as to allow the group time to go and purchase their own cleaning supplies for use of the space. 

Mask must be worn. No exceptions. 

Group must be 10 or less.

Temperatures must be checked and anyone with a temp over 100.4 should not be allowed to attend. 

In the air is the signature list for tracking. Do we ask them to keep these records until we deem them unnecessary as to keep the confidentiality?
