Board of Trust Governors "Emergency" Meeting to discuss Heating/AC upgrade and Windows/door work

*Instead of a May Pole in the courtyard on Sunday, there will be a labyrinth for individual
walking meditation (12-2pm), and sidewalk chalk art. This is a sample of an outdoor all ages gathering
with healthy spacing, so please plan accordingly and take precautions.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Empty Bowls of the MOV (Facebook) - a local fundraiser is underway. This annual event brings the community together and raises nearly $5,000 each year for area food pantries. The online fundraising has generated $1,900.00. Consider how you might regularly support the local food pantries, or Harvest of Hope,
and the local restaurants and businesses who need help now and in the future.
You can also make checks out to FUUSM, with Empty Bowls in the memo line, and send them to the Office (232 Third St. Marietta, OH 45750) if you prefer.
The UUA Board passed a resolution authorizing a 100% virtual GA for 2020. The Board’s decision alleviated much of the anxiety and gave the UUA’s Internet Technology Services team and program presenters time to plan a more robust and rewarding virtual experience.
Love is the doctrine of our church, and service is our prayer.
There are certainly some worthy projects in our greater community and wider world, and I hope this is a time to invest in your values and supporting the things you are passionate about. These networks can save lives and ease suffering. Thank-you for your choices and actions.
