Yep, it is 7-10. However, Annie needs to leave by 9, so the rest of us will
deal with cleanup.
I'm working on some decoration ideas, and I'll think about the room
arrangement tomorrow when I'm there for a meeting, but we can't set up
anything early because the drummers/dancers will be using the space in the
afternoon. Debra, Dawn Weidner, Vic, Cindy maybe to help with set-up.
George Banziger helping with cleanup of snacks/coffee.
I asked Mike to help with the sound stuff, and he asked Ralph to help him.
Ralph says he has plenty of jazz recordings.
I see Cindy has offered some ideas for a backdrop, in addition to offering
her fabulous ginger snaps. She's also bringing Peg. (Hurrah!)
Looking like it's shaping up to be a grand event!
