Fuusm friends,

At the Service Auction, Michelle Wilson and Gil Moore donated a visit and
tour of an Athens microbrewery. The item sold well and we have at least 9
friends coming to the event.

At this time we'd like to offer more seats to this event. Please come and
join us. The auction price of the event was $35, so we would ask that
anyone joining us make an additional offering to the church in that amount.

We will meet at Little Fish Brewery, 8675 Armitage Rd, Athens, OH 45701, at
11am on Saturday morning, Fabruary 10th. This is an hour before the
business opens, and one of the founders and brewmasters will meet us there
and give us a detailed guided tour of the facility with discussion and
explanation of the brewing process and what methods and ingredients they
use to create their various excellent products. We will be served samples
that coincide with the discussion by the staff at the brewery. Cost of any
samples is covered as part of the tour package.

After the tour, when the business opens at 12:00, we will enjoy a lunch
from the excellent on-site food truck "Cajun Clucker" and perhaps more of
Little Fish's excellent brews. We will no doubt discuss Athens' other fine
microbrews (Jackie O's and Devil's Kettle), and we encourage you to check
those out on your own.

We are looking forward to this event, and we hope to see many of you
there. If there are any questions please contact us at this Email address.

Thank you, hope to see you there!

Michelle Wilson & Gil Moore

Statement from Little Fish:

"We (co-owners Jimmy Stockwell and Sean White) opened Little Fish Brewing
Company in the summer of 2015, after 2 years of planning, financing, and
building out the brewery from an abandoned mechanic’s shop. Our mission was
to brew world class beer while sustainably supporting local economies. We
designed several of the original core beer recipes utilizing the Ohio-grown
ingredients available at the time. These included organic raw spelt and
corn grits in the flagship Saison du Poisson and Shagbark Pilsner brews, as
well as many specialty ingredients like locally grown fruits and herbs.
Today, Haus Malts in Cleveland provides Ohio-grown malted barley, wheat,
spelt, rye, corn, and triticale for a majority of our beers. A number of
small hop farmers are also starting to supply Ohio-grown hops."
