FUUSM Family, 
Attached please find a donation form to submit your items and services for the 2017 FUUSM Service Auction to be held Friday Nov 17th at the Lafayette Hotel.  I'm looking forward to a great auction and a fun evening and your donations will make it possible. 
I ask that you submit your items/services the sooner the better, but NO LATER THAN Nov. 11.  Now is a great time to start and you can always keep adding more items and services later.
