Below please find a revised 2017 Service Auction Donation Form that includes instructions to let me know how many slots are available for purchase for items like dinners and homebaked pies.  
Appreciate all of you who are gathering items and ideas.  They all sound wonderful!  Many thanks to those who are getting their donation forms in early.  Please keep them coming.  Remember no donations will be accepted after Nov 11.  
Looking forward to a wonderful, successful auction!  Much appreciation to everyone for the help and participation.
