[Fuusm-l] Today's Issues Readings

For Sunday February 5 the Today's Issues group will discuss two articles
from the New York Review of Books:

January 19 issue, page 36, "The Caliphate: From Grand to Sordid

February 9 issue, page 39, "Fragonard: The Heights of Drawing"

Since the New York Review of Books reprints only two of Fragonard's art
works, we will have a slide presentation of works to discuss.  The slides
correspond to works mentioned in the article, and you can view them in
advance by clicking here

A copy of the readings in Microsoft Word format is attached.

The group meets in the parlor of the Religious Education building next to
