Sunday, Sept. 10   Ingathering Water Ceremony

The Water Ceremony has a history as a ritual that acknowledges different images of the divine and the ways we gather as a spiritual community. Water is a basic element of all life on this planet, from deep beneath the Antarctic ice to perhaps the far reaches of space. Come celebrate our common humanity as we gather our waters and resources for building our beloved community. • Bring a sample of water, from your life’s journey or from a favorite watering hole, to pour into the common bowl and look forward to the program year

B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Meet & Greet – Join us in the Social Hall to meet our

Newest teacher – Lucy Filipow and learn what we will be doing for our young people this year..and enjoy some ice cream with us.



Choir Rehearsal - We will start our fall practice on Sept. 3, @ 9:30am in the Sanctuary

We will continue to perform as usual about once a month.

Beginning Sept.10 (10– 10:45 am) in the Social Hall. “Understanding and Appreciating Islam”. 

The Adult RE Discussion Group will begin this 10-week course led by MJ Ebenhack and Martha McGovern with input from local Muslim reference persons. Please join us to learn more about Islam 

and discuss how we grow in our own faith while appreciating the paths of others.
