Hello all,

Just to clarify as a BJFM Society Board members- Saturday, August 19
Cobbler's Coffee House Concert is from 7 ­ 8:30 pm, with doors opening at
6:00 pm.  A small number of sweets and a variety of pizzas, along with
coffee and water will be sold.  Price is $10 for members, $12 for
non-members.  The act is the Coolville Hot Club, an old-style swing jazz
quintet from the Athens, OH area.  They play music in the style of Django
Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli but include tunes from Jobim to Lennon.
Some members played together for many years, but around 2005 they started
adding members to become the five-piece band that they are now.

Please remember that the BJFM (Blues, Jazz, and Folk Music) Society is an
all-volunteer, non-profit organization trying to bring professional acts who
perform in a variety of music styles that might otherwise not appear to our
area.  All profits (though for the coffee house shows there generally aren't
any) are put back in to provide more music in the future.

Apologies for any confusion about the date- it is August 19.  As for Chris
putting the time as 3:00 pm- that is when the BJFM Society Board members
meet at the Fellowship Hall to set up, so we reserve the FH from 3-9.

Chris BJFM concerts are usually  open at 6 start at 7 over around 9?  Six
hours would be a long time, are you sure  it is 3 to 9?
