FREE EVENT - GUIDED MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

 

Marietta, Ohio - Wednesday, Sept 28, 7:00 pm, at 232 Third St, Marietta, OH
(UU Church basement).

 

Led by Mark Redd, Reiki Teacher/Practitioner

 

9/28/16:  Guided Meditations Workshop - Part One

Join us to participate in spiritual journeys of relaxation, renewal and
restoration. Explore the subject, its uses, and the advantages of regular
soul-oriented travels. Mark Redd, a Reiki Teacher/Practitioner will guide
the group in meditation and offer suggestions for writing guided meditations
of your own. Part Two has participants reading their own original guided
meditations for the other attendees.

 

Open to the public. Love donations accepted. 

(Covers group operating costs and allow offering free events)

 

Pre-registration preferred, but not required. 

(Helps facilitate setup of the space and provide any handout materials)
