Election Day Prayer Service - Remembering together that our primary allegiance is advocating peace and shared community with all.  

Sponsored by the Wood County Ministerial Alliance @ First Christian Church - 1400 Washington Ave.  Parkersburg, WV

Tues. Nov. 8 (6am-8pm) Special service @ 12 & 7pm. Rev. Kat will be there @10am.

 

UU Justice Ohio  We are a member of UU Justice Ohio and the Annual Justice Assembly will be this Saturday Nov. 12 (10am-4pm) near Columbus, Ohio.  Rev. Hawbaker will be attending and will cover the cost of registration (includes lunch) if 2 more people can attend to help us build our connection with UUJO.   

The Justice Assembly will explore Stories at the Intersection including - Beyond the Death Penalty, Fear & White Supremacy = Racial & Ecological Violence, Inequality, The Moral Revival Movement, & Showing Up for Justice. 

 

Service Auction - Fri. Nov. 18 (6pm) @ the Lafayette Hotel,  101 Front St. Mtta.  $15 Entry fee

What is your special talent or skill and how can you share it with our FUUSM community? This is your chance to join in our biggest FUNdraiser.  Invite a friend and plan to attend.  Eats and drinks (cash bar) , listen to the Fifth St. Quartet, Country Store and Live Auction (Randy Clark, Auctioneer)
