Open to the public.  No charge to attend; love donations accepted.

 

Participants follow along to simple exercises demonstration led by Rex
Scarberry.

 

Qigong, an ancient Chinese health care system, integrates physical postures,
breathing and focused intentions.  The word Qigong means cultivating energy,
and is practiced to maintain health and increase vitality.  Anyone can
benefit, regardless of age, ability, belief system or life circumstances.

 

Sponsored by Soul Connections Group, non-profit, that shares information and
knowledge about a number of topics pertaining to personal awareness and
growth in a non-judgmental atmosphere.  Open to any and all holistic
