[Council] Caring Committee Annual Report

Dang, Cathy!!  It's going to take me hours and hours to do the Green
Sanctuary report!!  I am not looking forward to it. Ugh.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. It will be easy for me
to convert this to PDF--especially since I am not yet inundated with them.
When they start coming in fast and furious.... it will be another story.
