[Council] Reports due to FUUSM office on April 9

Dear FUUSM committee chair,

Please get to work on your annual report!  I need reports from all
committees* BY 10 a.m. APRIL 9 *in order to make and distribute packets
ahead of the congregational meeting on April 28.

Last year, getting committee reports assembled into a format that could be
emailed and also printed took a heck of a lot of time. It would be of great
help to me if you would email me your report as a PDF file. If you don't
know how to do that, no worries, but it would save me some time.
