[Council] Committee Fair

I'm not the chair of anything either, although I sort of run the meditation
group on Wednesdays, because Kat attends irregularly. I was running
Today's Issues because I couldn't get anybody else to join a "committee" to
do it, but now it is suspended. I also edit the Confluence but there is no
Confluence Committee. I guess I could come and represent these things as a
"committee of one"? I also now seem to be getting mailings to the FUUSM
Leadership although I don't know that I'm a member of that. I don't get
Board mailings.

I don't think the Confluence or the Meditation Group would benefit from
having a committee responsible for them, Today's Issues would have. But I
don't think there are people motivated to join a committee responsible for
any of them.
