[Council] Committee Fair

Hello all of you wonderful chairpersons.
This year we plan to feature each committee during an abbreviated Sunday
Service prior to the Committee Fair.
I would like each chair or designee to present a 3- min (give or take)
explanation of your committee, the responsibilities and the various
opportunities within that committee.  Please introduce the committee
members, as well.
You will have a "booth" in Fellowship Hall, as in the past years, so I will
be there by 10:00 so that you have plenty of time to set up before the
service.
Please prepare a poster or stand-up sign to attract people to attend your
table.  You may have a "treat', but there will be the usual coffee hour
going on.
Please have sign-up sheets, as well.
I will have a few prizes, which we started last year, to
encourage attendance at more than one "booth."
Of course, I will have balloons.
Please let me know who will be speaking on behalf of your committee so that
I can provide an order.
Also ... please make any suggestions to improve this "event" as I am more
than open for "help."
