[Council] Last Call

Sorry for the confusion.
This year's Evaluation Team of Katy McDaniel, Chris Jacobs and Nancy Luthy
was formed before Darryl's motion.  There is a procedure, adopted by the
Board last year, which specifies an evaluation window of 30 days.  The
process is under way and will be completed before the first of Darryl's
meetings in July.
If there are results from Darryl's meetings to be shared with the Board and
Committee on Ministries, they will not be ready for several months.
This year's Evaluation Team is following the procedure established by the
first Evaluation Team last year...and that is to contact Committee Chair
for their input.
That is not to say, the information gathered from Darryl's meetings will
not be part of a future evaluation.
