[Council] Committee Fair

Hello Everyone,
I hope all who need to receive this message, do receive it.  If you are a
committee chair, please check with your assigned representative.  Thanks.
Plan:
1.  I will set up tables after Darryl finishes his class.  I will seek help
from a couple of the men in his class. You may leave materials with me and
I will place them on your table.
2. I will arrange tables in a semicircle facing the kitchen, with tables
for coffee hour people in the center space.
3. I will place a construction paper "table card" with your Committee Name
on it so you can find where you are located.  There may be 2 committees at
one large table.
4.  I have prepared sign-up sheets, so you needn't worry about that.
5.  You may wish to leave the service a couple of minutes early to
"beautify" your space.
6.  Annie suggested you have a snack at your table.  That is up to you.  I
understand there is a working refrigerator now, so coffee hour should
function as usual.
7. There will be a colorful "Committee Fair" banner plus colorful balloons.
