[Council] Committee Fair March 26

Dear Committee Chair, Choir Director and Tech Team,
The Board and W&M will be organizing a "Committee Fair" to be held Sunday,
March 26th following our Sunday service.
Tables will be available in Fellowship Hall for set up (please share a
table).  Please be creative and try to include the following:

   - A stand up Poster with the Name of your Committee
   - your mission statement (I have a copy)
   - Sign-up sheet for those interested in becoming a member of your
   committee
   - Comment Box (?)  for comments and/or Feedback

A committee member should be present to "man the table" to discuss
responsibilities, goals, activities , projects.
