[Council] Your FUUSM committee's August meeting date

Dawn,
•We are pretty uniform with meeting times and dates. The finance committee
plans to meet only  12 times/year, always on the 4th Monday of the month,
at 7:00 P. M. On Zoom.
The two exceptions are: a rare (once in 10 years) additional meeting in
early March to timely recommend the proposed annual budget before the BoT’s
March meeting to insure they have the latest and best proposed budget to
approve and then discuss at the April congregational annual meeting.
•Also in November we decide whether to cancel the December meeting if
Christmas is too close to the meeting date. A quorum is necessary. People
may be away. (Maybe twice in 10 years).
•To answer your question, the August meeting is Monday, the 28th.  Thank
you for what you do!
