When you have a bill that needs to be paid or you need to be reimbursed for an expense you have covered for the church, you need to fill out the Reimbursement/Payment Form <https://drive.google.com/file/d/12zmu9Eu47ccWIXNJ7yMsifVO26qy0JHL/view?usp=sharing> . Steve and Maggie have been frustrated by church members requesting that they write checks without giving them the information they need to record them properly. Once we have a new secretary on the job, she will have the forms and perhaps handle this. But for now, please print out the form and fill it out. It is not Steve and Maggie's job to research the requests.
