[Council] Annual Committee Reports

Dear Committee Chairs and others:

 

Please prepare you annual reports to be sent out to the
church members prior to our annual meeting. Please send
these reports to Kat / church office to be put into packets
which will then be sent out to members. Please get your
reports to the office by April 13th (?) at the latest, or
best before that date. So that the reports can be sent to
the members a week ahead of the meeting. 

 

The annual meeting will be Sunday, April 24 at 12:15 pm in
the Fellowship Hall. So we can have coffee! (Please
disregard my info - time and place - put in the Confluence
). It will also be on zoom. But I am hoping that more folks
are willing to come out in person for this meeting. Then at
the meeting, you will be able to give a short summary of
your year in review.
