[Council] Treasurer's Report and Budget Planning

Linda and I have done an analysis of the church's financial situation and
prepared a budget proposal for next year.  This is a draft, and it will be
edited based on input from various committees and/or church members.  I
have also prepared a Treasurer's Report to be presented at the Finance
Committee meeting on Monday.  The Finance Committee meetings are, of
course, open to any church member.

I will give much the same report (with any updates and corrections) to the
Church Board meeting on April 12, but Board members may wish to sign on to
the Finance Committee to get an earlier presentation.  Or, if you can't do
that, you can just read the report and review the spreadsheet. There is a
lot of information and it will take time to digest it.
