[Council] Budget Requests Need by Feb 15

We are going to be putting next year's FUUSM budget together soon.  We need
each committee to let us know how much money they think they need for the
coming year. *The deadline is Feb 15!!*  I know this has been an
exceptional year, but presumably we will be resuming normal services at
some time during this year to come.  For a starting point, you may consider
the amounts from previous year's budgets.  To see the full budget click here
