[Council] Budget Information for Committee Planning

It is time to begin working on next year's budget for FUUSM.  As a starting
point, I am listing the amounts allocated to each committee in this year's
budget.  These amounts were basically carried over from previous years, and
most committees have not spent their budget because COVID limited our
activities.  Now we have to think ahead to next year, and our budgetary
situation is precarious, so we want to keep spending to a minimum,
consistent with reviving full church activities after the pandemic abates
with vaccinations.  We can use this year's budget as a basis to start
thinking, but there is certainly no reason to just carry the numbers over
to next year.

Here are the lines from our current budget with allocations to the various
committees:
