5.. Technology Task Force: Kat emphasized the need to use our new audio-visual equipment on a regular basis. As we design services, we need to keep our new options in mind.
6.. Task Force for the Time for All Ages:

5.. Expenditures: Request for $250 for Melissa Jeter (reflection scheduled for April 28) was approved.
6.. Budget Proposal - Revised Proposed Budget for 2019-2020 was submitted to Finance and Board.
7.. Annual Report for 2018-2019 -- Please see revised document that will be sent to Chris.
8.. Assessment of Service: Jann Adams March 3, 2019
What went well: Her presentation on outstanding women in the history of the area and her incorporation of technology (Powerpoint) were very effective. Musical choices - all composed by women - and use of Doxology created a coherent service.

What to refine: Perhaps the meaning of the chalice should be explained periodically, especially for new members and visitors.

Thematic: The service addressed the annual theme of leadership development.

Spirituality/Faith Traditions: There were many connections to the history and principles of Unitarianism and Universalism.

Life Span: The story about Eleanor Roosevelt's life was consistent with the topic.

9.. New Theme for 2019-2020: How do we address the paradox of "We"?
10.. Services for March - June:
11.. Theme for Year 2018-2019: "How can we inspire leaders for a complex world?" [Try inductive approach and re-cap]
The Committee agreed to use #592 The Free Mind by William Ellery Channing as the guiding reading for the thematic year.
