[Council] Committee Budget input Needed

Yes It's THAT time again (budget time!). If you are a committee head who
has a budget I would like (no I NEED) your budget input by *Wednesday March
7. *To help you in this exercise I have pulled together  a
spreadsheet showing last year's actual, this year's budget and for the 6
months YTD budget vs actual.

NOT on the spreadsheet are Personnel and office expense (but I will need
that input also). If you have any questions or think of anything you need
[lease let me know.
