7.. De-Clutter Corps: Report from the Saturday, March 25 meeting and memo: At the March meeting, the Corps determined that the holiday decorations are adequately stored until December 2017. At that time, the decorations will again be assessed and put into more appropriate containers.
The W & M Committee expressed appreciation for the De-Clutter Corps and the improvements it has implemented (e.g., lights and trends on the stairway to the Nursery, organization of candle storage, new location for hymnal storage, clearing of spaces throughout the church). They have set a good example for the congregation, and we hope we can encourage sustained general commitment by all congregation members. Martha will send a note to the Corps members.

7.. Update on FUUSM attire - John reported that all t-shirt sales from this point forward will go toward the Piano Fund. John will have the t-shirts available for sale for the next few weeks.

9.. Leadership Development Funds: Kat reported that the Board will not include such funds in this year's budget but will establish a committee to explore the matter in detail.
10.. Budget - Jeff Danner requested that his stipend for the Sunday reflection be donated to a specific project of our choosing. The Committee agreed to send the $75.00 to the local Circles Campaign, a program that aims to break the cycle of poverty. Martha will be sure that the donation gets to the local coordinator and that Jeff is informed of our decision.

Explanation of Worship & Music Requests
1. Music, Other: Costs of sheet music and downloads for last year were $425.
2. Piano Maintenance: Randy now has an electronic keyboard for practice, so the cost for tuning the practice piano once per year has been eliminated.
3. Worship Program:
· The standard pay for an ordained minister as guest speaker has risen to $250.00.
· Part of the pianist's compensation is six paid Sundays off, but music is so critical to the worship service that we have needed to pay a substitute pianist $100 for each of those Sundays.
4. Worship Supplies:
· Worship & Music Committee has identified the need for more stable stands for both the projector and screen in the sanctuary and for more versatile projection equipment.
· The Committee also established an Aesthetics Task Team and realizes that they need a budget to acquire resources for beautification of the Sanctuary.
