[Council] Committee Budget Updates

Hi to all committee chairs,
We are in the thick of budgeting now and if you have not yet submitted your
budget I REALLY need it to keep things moving. ( so far all I have seen are
B& G and Worship and Music). Thanks for your help and if you need any more
info from me please let me know.
