Patti sent you the minutes from our last meeting, but just in case you haven't looked at them yet, I wanted to let you know about our plans for distributing the Christmas cups this year.
On December 3rd after the service, we will be putting the cups together.  Please help if you can. I was able to pick up plenty of Christmas cups second hand.  If you are willing to donate some goodies to put in the cups, that would be great.  We are adding tea bags, hot chocolate and Christmas candy.  Also, if you have extra Christmas cards please bring them as well.
On December 10th, we will ask the congregation to help us with deliveries.  I will have the names and addresses ready.   The names are from our " plans for support", "keep in mind" lists, as well as others.
Also, if you weren't able to attend our meeting this week, but had activities that you did, please let me know so I can add them to our report.

Our newest members have been added.
