Large Canopy &  Seating on the wall (Kat- cushion, covered by table cloths for uniformity?)  NOTES  
Coffee Crew		Gloves and plating  (real dishes??)  Paper Hot Cups for coffee or cider

Low waste		(cookies can freeze.)
