I just include the overall outline of their pay agreement for context, especially since we now are charged with annual evaluation of those positions. </p><p class=MsoNormal>For the pianist, the Christmas Eve service is an extra obligation (beyond the Sunday duties) and the pay has been $220 for that event. </p><p class=MsoNormal>The pianist’s pay agreement is currently being renegotiated.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I am not aware of an upcoming sabbatical for Kat, and yes, if there is one on the horizon, we should budget for it.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Because many outside speakers decline their stipends or request that the funds be given back to a FUUSM project, we usually do not use all that is budgeted.
