We discussed how well Martha Webster has met the requirements in the job description. Martha will write up the evaluation based upon that discussion. Kat will provide the job description and the 2020 evaluation she completed for Pianist. The Committee recommended in March that, in these unsettled times, the pay for both Choir Director and Pianist remain the same for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. However, if funds are available, both the Choir Director and Pianist should receive <u>at least</u> a cost of living raise.
