Sending this in advance of the W&M meeting on Wednesday. I have not <br>

received any update on the philosophy of inclusion, but I changed it <br>

according to my interpretation of the remarks at the congregational <br>

meeting - certainly open to corrections , but not sure who is in charge <br>

of wordsmith efforts on it.<br>

Other changes:<br>

Added the FUUSM affirmation<br>

<br>

Restructured the 7 Principles to accommodate FUUSM affirmation<br>

<br>

Eliminated some words here and there for space requirements<br>

<br>

Changed pics for Tabatha and Becca, and added Lucy to staff section<br>

<br>

Please review and look for errors.<br>
