like good news/bad news to you. I think your approach to the huge fund
drive (the exact term escapes me at this moment) is an appealing one. In
terms of expansion of the reflection component, The book <em>How Good People
Make Tough Choices: Resolving the Dilemmas of Ethical Living</em> by
Rushworth M. Kidder came to mind. Are you familiar with it? You
mentioned some of the weighing we'll need to do (e.g., preserve features of the
building vs. install energy efficient components). You might find some
relevant thought processes and examples in the book. I do have a copy, and
I am willing to share.</font></div>
