is coordinating the ministerial search that might have needed our church in
February.</FONT></DIV>

needed for the neutral pulpit. SO, that means that the services on those
two days are completely in our control.</FONT></DIV>

do the reflection for February 7. </FONT></DIV>

determine how we are handling the overall planning for the
service. (I know that I agreed to be the WA that day.)</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=4 face=Calibri><STRONG>Jim</STRONG>, this is probably feeling
like good news/bad news to you. I think your approach to the huge fund
drive (the exact term escapes me at this moment) is an appealing one. In
terms of expansion of the reflection component, The book <EM>How Good People
Make Tough Choices: Resolving the Dilemmas of Ethical Living</EM> by
Rushworth M. Kidder came to mind. Are you familiar with it? You
mentioned some of the weighing we'll need to do (e.g., preserve features of the
building vs. install energy efficient components). You might find some
relevant thought processes and examples in the book. I do have a copy, and
I am willing to share.</FONT></DIV>
