Hi all,

To those who may be able to help, we are planning to meet at Ron & Cathy Rees' property at the end of Millcreek Road, on the left with the fairly steep stone driveway to the gathering point. There is a mailbox with 501 visible at the bottom of the drive.
Millcreek Road is located near Wieser & Cawley Furniture, but on the opposite side of Colgate.

The weather forecast calls for showers tomorrow but they are expected to end in the evening. The weather.com forecast for precipitation on Wednesday is currently set at 10%, so we should be able to gather the greenery OK.

I am aware of two or three people with open pick up trucks planning to come and possibly a trailer to assist in hauling the greenery. Any additional greenery transporters would be welcome. Please bring branch pruning or cutting tools if you have them.
I expect there will be a few "extras" available in any case. Ron is letting a couple of deer hunters know of our plans so they will be ready to leave by the time we arrive. Nonetheless, I intend to wear an item of colorful clothing, along with sturdy shoes.

It's likely that it will take 2 or 3 hours to complete the gathering of the greenery and some beginnings of the fence decoration may take place Wednesday afternoon, but we will likely need volunteers to assist on Thursday to complete the exterior fence decorating.
With that assumption, I thought I might send an email to the FUUSM list to offer the opportunity for others to join in the fun.
