This project has been labeled as “sensitive” by DOE because it involves REEs. With recent activity at the federal agencies I am not in communication with program officers, so I haven’t received guidance on exactly what I can and cannot talk about prior to the public release of project reports (relevant quarterly reports, annual reports, and project final report).<u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11pt"><u></u> <u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11pt">What I can say is that we at Ohio University have an extensive background working with produced water across multiple federally-funded projects. We have safety training and safe operating procedures in place that are followed by all involved.
