The city might need to give permission for moving it off city property, since it provided the concrete and labor for the original placement. That said, a partnership with the library could be a good thing. In that location, though, we will need to check the
updated flood maps. Parts of Front Street have been underwater before, though perhaps not since the dams went in. FEMA does list that address as Zone AE. (I do suspect that the architects are working with the flood maps.)</div>
